Ektron Establishes Partner Engineering Team Appoints Director
Jason Arden appointed to run the Partner Engineering Team to support the Ektron channel
NASHUA, NH January 22, 2009 – Ektron Inc., a technology and market leader in Web content management software, today announced that Jason Arden has been named as Ektron’s Director of Partner Engineering. He will lead the company’s newly established Partner Engineering Team.
The Partner Engineering Team is a dedicated resource for Ektron’s channel that focuses on supporting existing and prospective partners through the adoption of Ektron solutions and ensuring the successful deployment of their client Web sites. Mr. Arden will be leading the team of Solution Engineers committed to educating and supporting partners as they leverage Ektron services through the sales and implementation lifecycle.
Prior to heading up the Partner Engineering Team, Mr. Arden served as a Lead Consulting Sales Engineer working with Ektron Partners and prospects during the pre-sales lifecycle. “I am genuinely excited about the opportunity ahead,” commented Arden. “I look forward to not only working closely with the Partner community, but also serving in the trenches with the Partners. I intend to enhance their developer experience, generate momentum and accelerate the growth of their Ektron implementations.”
The Partner Engineering Team will offer support to the Ektron Partner Channel beyond the Traditional Ektron services which include Best Practice Services, Professional Services and Tier Two Support. The team will be available to advise Partners and offer critical feedback on technical solution alignment, guidance for new partner implementations and sales engineering support during the project delivery stage.
